INNER WILD Unfurled Bodice
The INNER WILD Unfurled Bodice is knitted in a sort of home-spun way on large needles and sewn with big stitches on the seams on the showing side of the garment so that it is elegant and yet has a raw, untamed feel.
I used a gorgeous mohair mix yarn that is so comforting to wear and has a fuzziness which feels lovely and is very touchable.
I finished the neckline with a wild ruffles that begin on the left front off-centre and run to the back of your neck.
The Unfurled Bodice immediately livens up any outfit and is so darling to wear.
Super-simple instructions, easily to follow.
You can adapt this pattern so many ways. You’ll see various bodices made using this pattern – half, full, plump, thin and in-between frill necklines – in the portfolio pages.
All materials – needles, notions and yarn – you’ll need are included in the pattern.
